` We all need food .without it, we cannot live. Even animals, birds, reptiles and fish want food to grow. Food gives us energy it helps the body to grow.food aids the body to make strong teeth ,mucles and bones. It olso keeps the body warm. the things in the food that do all these jobs are called nutrients .There are five nutrients. they are proteins ,c arbohydrates,fats, minerals and vitamins. so we must taa balance diet.

The butterfly is small insect which is able to fly. it has two beautifly wings. it flies from flower to flower in search of food. it drink nectar from flowers.There are many kinds of butter flies. They are of various coloura and sizes. it is a pleasure to watch them. They add beauty to our surroundings. there are many interesting stories and tales about butterflies . Butterflies are harmless.there fre we should not kill themor catch them for pleasure.

My grandfather is very old. he is eighty five. His hair is white as snow. Hehas no teeth . He has a walking stick. He cannot walk fast.
He does not take his dinner But he likes to dink milk. His name is a very kind man. We all love our grand faher a lot.

I have gatden. it is loveiy. the many beautiful flowers in it Roses, orchis, shone, flowers carnations , jesmines and sun flowers are some them.
every day I water the flower plants. some birds and butterlies come to suck honey from the flowers. Iam proud of my flower garden.

the parrot is a beautiful bird . its beak isred . thewings are green. there is ared line around its neck . the parrot eats fruit and grain as it lays eggs in hollows in trees parrots live in flocks . some tame parrots can talk. chaildren callit by the pet name peththappu.

The sinhala new year is the most enjoyable festival for all sinhala buddhists. they celebrate this festival on the 14th of April every year. the farmers harvest their fields and store grainfor the comeing cele brations.

Myfather name is Mr: R.M. Jayathilaka. He is famer. my father is very good and king. His village is Herathgama. He likes to read newspepar and various books .Hehas two sister . my fatherloves us . we also love him very much.

My mother name is W.M .Kamala wijesundara. Her village is Millawana. she lives with us in Herathgama.she is House wife. she is a good house wife too. she cooks very tasty meals for us.

Animals of surfing Killer Whales beside a whale watching boat. These beautiful Sea Animals look very powerful when surfing in the wake of a boat, and they can reach speeds of up to 20 knots. The Sea Animals seen here are at their best, powerful, beautiful, and in the wild. Killer Whales are one of my favourite sea animals to animalsgraph and to whale watch.
